    Everything begins with Love. Love is a kind of code, a setting for what can happen in our Life, if we choose. If we take the risk... If we see that this is the only thing that makes sense to open our eyes in the morning. 


When the story of one very important Love - Love for ourselves - appears in our lives, then the real miracles begin. As if at the snap of our fingers, in an amazing way, new possibilities open up and we go beyond the usual routine. 


Today I want to share with you the principles that will help you take the first steps on the Path of Self-Love:


1. First, stop trying to control people and situations that are not within your sphere of influence. It's a pointless waste of energy and time.


2. Realize that your best gift to others and to this World is your uniqueness and your talents, which you should gratefully accept in yourself.


3. Stop living in the past. It is an important, but already completed part of your autobiography. That's it! Period!


4. Remember that change is inevitable. As it was, it will never be the same again. Things will be different than they are now. This is the flow of the River of Life, don't try to stop it


5. Give yourself the right to grieve as much as you need, remembering that living with grief and living in grief are different things. Living through the pain, not drowning in it, is the task with an asterisk. That's the mastery of life!


6. Communicate with those who understand you, make you happy, fill you up, help you grow and develop. To everything that devalues, compares, manipulates and suppresses calmly or not so calmly say: "Get off the mat.
